Joined the London run club with Holly A. A few weeks ago.
Tried the hydro after the run and loved it. Immediately ordered a tub and now it’s everywhere with me.
Since my Laryngectomy I don't breath through my mouth and nose so no longer get triggers to hydrate from a dry mouth this stuff is amazing helping me to get sufficiant hydration. And want g to take in water.

Hydro is the best hydration drink I’ve used. I use it before and during my workouts. wouldn’t use anything else now.

Absolute game changer
Since taking both hydro and strength my recovery has been rapid! No more aching muscles, well not as bad. Ready to go again the next day. But more importantly no more cramping
